How do I buy Peak Yogurt?

Order online on our homepage and we'll ship it straight to you! We also sell in select grocery stores in the San Francisco Bay Area and Pacific Northwest. Find a store here.

Where do you ship Peak Yogurt?

Direct delivery is available in the contiguous United States except for AZ, CA, ID, NV, OR, UT, and WA. We plan to begin shipping to these seven states late September 2018. We are unable to ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

How is Peak Yogurt shipped?

We ship in temperature controlled insulated boxes so your yogurt stays cold and fresh during its journey to you. Inside your box, you'll find recyclable cardboard, reusable non-toxic ice packs, and eco-friendly Green Cell Foam that's made from corn starch and dissolves in water. See how it works here.

When will I receive my order?

We ship Mon-Wed. If we receive your order before noon Eastern Time on one of our shipping days, it will be packed and sent out that day. All orders are shipped by 2-day FedEx, so you should receive your order two days after it ship. Make sure FedEx can deliver on the scheduled day--there are enough ice packs our boxes for two days, but not three in transit.

What’s the return/refund policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with your order! If your yogurt arrives damaged or with other issues, contact us and for a refund or a fresh order. Due to the weight and perishable nature of our product, we cannot process returns.
